Palisades Park Apartments, 165 Palisades Dr, Universal City, TX 78148 Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing all outreach activities with potential residents, including conducting tours, preparing records and traffic data, conducting marketing and market surveys, preparing rental applications, leases and other reports, and assisting residents with questions and service requests. In addition, this position is responsible for the following: Provide tours of homes and community to potential residents for purpose of leasing units Keep accurate records of both phone and walk-in traffic utilizing approved phone logs and marketing systems Enter property traffic data in computer system daily Discuss the advantages of leasing at the property with potential residents Conduct market surveys Conduct outreach marketing Prepare rental applications Prepare leases for qualified potential residents Complete reports as needed by Property Manager Assist residents Other tasks as needed Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous residential property management industry experience Bilingual, English & Spanish, Preferred Yardi experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent time management skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people Ability to remain organized and multi-task
