What will you be doing?

Thoroughly understand the menu, wine list, ingredients, preparation, and expected service.

Deliver all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, and dessert presentation).

Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.

Transport and polish clean dishware, utensils and accessories as needed.

Comply with opening and closing procedures as well as complete side work.

Communicate with the culinary and management team throughout duration of shift.

Address and resolve customer complaints.

Clean and reset dining room tables and booths during and after meal.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.

Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.

Must be proficient in multi-tasking and have the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.

Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
