Initiate contact with consumers in the early stages of mortgage loan default to collect past‑due payments
Assess_XML consumer’s financial situations and arrange repayment plans as necessary
Handle inbound calls related to mortgage loan products and compliance requirements
Identify and investigate potential fraud or insurance issues, escalating as needed
Maintain compliance with operational risk controls and internal standardsAnswers
What is Required (Qualifications):
A combined 2 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate’s degree
Collections experience
Knowledge of the employer's systems
