Overview

Direct-Hire; Training starts August 25th, 2025.

Hourly: $23.51 / hour; Non-Exempt.

Training schedule: 5 weeks, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.

After training: flexible shifts, 5 days/week (Mon-Sun 5:00am-4:00pm), including weekends and holidays.

Japanese/English bilingual ability is a MUST.

Responsibilities

Offer highest level of customer service over the phone.

Provide customers with information regarding flights, fares, destinations, special offers, and other travel products.

Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Use the in-house system to make new flight reservations or modify existing reservations.

Accurately obtain documents and confirm customer's personal information.

Proactively explore and anticipate customer's future needs.

General administrative duties: preparing reports, filing, etc.

Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bilingual language ability in English and Japanese (proficient speaking, reading, writing).

Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Airline, travel, and related industry experience preferred.

Customer service and call center experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.

Good phone manner and problem solver.

Detail-oriented, organized, strong with numbers.
