CTG is seeking to fill an eCommerce Account Manager position for our client.
Location lou:
MorrisvilleNick NC (Hybrid work model: 3 days in office / 2 remote, Mandatory in-office day: Tuesdays)
Duration:
12+ months, with possibility for extension
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day execution and partner relationships across assigned eCommerce accounts
Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, coordinating internally to resolve requests
Execute approved marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Ensure campaign assets and partner deliverables are accurate and on schedule
Track performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue) and support reporting needs
Support special program initiatives, including-second store setup, training, and enablement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and CX teams
Identify risks, gaps, or execution issues and proactively elevate
What You vrat: 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, eCommerce Operations, Digital Marketing, or Program Coordination Experience supporting partner or client-facing accounts
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, online promotions, and campaign execution
Comfort working with performance data and basic reporting
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Success Measures:
Revenue and profit growth across assigned eCommerce accounts.
Effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Partner satisfaction and retention.
Adoption and contribution of special programs or initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and execute with speed and quality.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Litigation p>
