Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team as our business expands.
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Commercial Account Specialists while driving the growth of our commercial sales division. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all commercial sales activities, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing and nurturing sales leads, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and increasing overall dealership sales through strategic leadership and effective relationship management.
Responsibilities
Solicits commercial fleet accounts
Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales
Supplies the new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries
Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, Lease Company, and commercial account vehicles routinely
Promotes an understanding of, and a solid commitment to client satisfaction
Spend quality time building relationships with our commercial customers
Knows the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the client's vehicles
Requirements
Professional appearance and strong communications skills
Proven fleet experience at the dealership level with a track record of successful selling
Strong record of positive CSI results
Articulate in utilizing crms Eleads, Vauto, Reynolds, Dealertrack, and Accutrade
Authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
Must have a valid driver's license
