Requirements Must have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent knowledge.

Over 5 years of experience in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or IT/OT integration.

Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, MES, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.

Extensive knowledge of industrial control hardware, software, and network operations.

Ability to support business units across different time zones through travel and virtual meetings.

Familiarity with various digital ecosystems and tools (e.g., MES, UNS, Ignition, SAP, SharePoint).

Experience in a global manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong project management skills and proficiency in stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in diverse settings.

Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and digital transformation across global operations by leading cross‑functional teams.

Modernize IT infrastructure and align technology with business objectives.

Maintain local IT operations while collaborating with external IT service providers.

Oversee the management of centralized systems and uphold IT standards organization‑wide.

Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors to ensure reliable IT services globally.

Lead technology and infrastructure standards development with subsidiaries and third‑party providers.

Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and data‑driven decision‑making as a change agent.

Develop large‑scale IT solutions to drive business transformation and improve organization effectiveness.

Manage digitalization initiatives, including Smart Factory and Real‑Time Dashboards, handling timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with IoT developers to integrate shop floor systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with architecture.

Facilitate the selection and implementation of ERP solutions that align with operational and strategic goals.

Enable self‑service analytics and establish AI strategies to meet business objectives.
