We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented sales professional to drive service project bookings and grow revenue within the Southwest region.
Responsibilities
Able to close total annual factored sales at predetermined levels.
Qualify prospects, deliver effective sales presentations, handle questions and objections, and aggressively manage quotes to close sales.
Plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage time to ensure maximum productivity and responsiveness to customer schedules.
Appraise and survey mechanical systems, understand prospect needs and problems, and determine repair, modification, or replacement requirements.
Provide modification, repair, or replacement recommendations and document them for customer and operations clarity.
Estimate cost of proposed service and apply company pricing standards.
Increase existing customer perception of and use of the company’s services by offering prompt, cost‑effective solutions.
Identify prospects in assigned market, follow up on leads and referrals, establish rapport, and maintain an active backlog of quotes.
Promptly address customer concerns to resolve issues and maintain long‑term positive relationships.
Demonstrate competent understanding of mechanical systems and propose cost‑effective solutions.
Understand prospect organization and decision‑making process, anticipate and answer objections, and commit prospect to a decision‑making timetable.
Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office, and management personnel to resolve problems and maximize profits.
Build rapport with customers, vendors, and other outside agents, and represent the company’s interests externally to maximize profits.
Participate in vendor selection, timely purchase, and delivery to ensure prompt installation.
Prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and required company paperwork.
Provide support for any special projects as assigned by supervisor.
