Our agents receive access to a variety of marketing and lead‑generation services that help them reach qualified clients seeking financial products to meet their obligations. Insurance Protection Specialists offers a diverse portfolio of insurance companies so agents can meet their clients’ needs.
We are looking for talented individuals to serve as an Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Representative. The role accommodates flexible schedules, but prior tele‑marketing experience and proven lead‑generation skills are required.
Work days are U.S. Monday–Friday, from 10 AM to 10 PM EDT, with some Saturdays as needed. You will work from a home office—no commute. We provide calling scripts, an auto‑dialer, contact numbers, and all work is conducted online. The task is to take cold calls arriving in our call queue and develop them into qualified leads.

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
DSL or cable internet access with a computer headset.
Working X‑Lite 5 or Zoiper Classic softphone. Download links: http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite-download.html or http://www.zoiper.com/softphone/.
Strong customer‑support, communication, and technical skills.
If you cannot use X‑Lite 5 or Zoiper Classic, we will not be able to work with you.
