HOUSTON APARTMENT FOUNDATION
We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled "makeready personnel" to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and completing make-readies.
Responsibilities:
Performing minor touch up repairs - tape/float/texture/paint
Repair/replace broken locks, doors, windows, walls, and trim
Perform other related duties and activities as required
Be able to move heavy appliances onto second story building (occasionally)
Qualifications:
MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish & English)
Basic working knowledge on plumbing and electrical systems.
Proven experience as an assistant makeready personnel or other similar position at another apartment complex
Must be highly self-motivated and must have a positive attitude towards staff and tenants at the property
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
MUST have your own basic tools needed for the job throughout your employment
