What You’ll Do - Results:
Training documentation, assessments, and progress reports
Instructional materials, job aids, and SOP‑based content
Paper‑specific training modules for production and packaging
Needs assessments and skills gap analyses
Feedback loops and continuous improvement plans for training programs
Collaboration with corporate and site teams to align training with business goals
High training completion and comprehension rates
Improved employee performance and reduced onboarding time
Measurable improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs
Positive feedback from trainees and supervisors
Effective knowledge transfer during startup and new equipment launches
Increased consistency in SOP adherence and GMP compliance
Enhanced readiness for paper production and packaging operations
What You Bring - Competencies:
Understands the concepts of paper manufacturing processes
Adapts training to diverse learning styles and environments
Communicates clearly and confidently with all levels of staff
Builds rapport and engages learners effectively
Continuously improves training content and delivery
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Collaborates cross‑functionally to align training with operational needs
Experience and Skills:
Requires one of the following: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in adult education, creative writing, instructional design/technology, or related field of study and two (2) years of related experience
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of technical/manufacturing related experience
High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of technical/manufacturing related experience
Two (2) years of experience delivering technical training within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility, vocational or community college setting
Skilled in delivering technical training in manufacturing or GMP environments
Proficient in instructional design, needs analysis, and course development
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes (paper)
Experienced with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Effective at documenting job tasks and creating engaging training materials
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in dynamic settings
Work Schedule & Travel:
Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
