Job description
Our marketing agency is seeking an experienced Webflow Designer to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user‑friendly websites for our multiple clients across various industries. We need someone passionate about designing and developing websites with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Create beautiful and engaging designs that meet the client’s brand guidelines and target audience.
Develop and implement website design using Webflow.
Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible with all devices.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize website performance and user experience.
Continuously monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven work experience as a Webflow website designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing design and development skills.
Knowledge of web design principles, including UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present work to the team and clients; must be fluent, confident, and professional in client interactions.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
