Here we grow again! Copeland Chevrolet, located inBrockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service. This is a full time position with a generous compensation package.

On average, our Automotive Sales Consultants earn between $90,000 to $165,000 per year. We also, offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Great work life balance! We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 9AM -5PM, and open last Sunday of the month! We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build relationships & create customers for life

Greetcustomer as they arriveon the property and guide them through the Sales Process

Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of New and Pre-owned Vehicles

Close dealswhile learningto overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Follow-up with unsold and sold customers to maximize every opportunity for sale orreferral business

Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none

Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

Report Directly to the Sales Management Teamregarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

REQUIREMENTS:

Outgoing, dependable, Self-motivatedanddisplays a positive attitude

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Ready, willing and committed to learning the job

Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone

Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process

Proficient in basic business math including percentages

Prior Automotive SalesExperience is preferred but not required

Willing to submit to a drug screen

Active driver's license with a acceptable driving record
