Position Overview As a
Customer Engagement Specialist , you’ll be the face of NuVision Auto Glass—meeting customers in-person, building trust, and helping them understand their options for auto glass repair and replacement. This position offers a
guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions , giving you the opportunity to earn great income while representing a respected brand in your community.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers at community events, retail locations, and in assigned territories
Educate customers on glass damage, insurance coverage, and available repair or replacement options
Promote NuVision Auto Glass products and services to increase brand awareness
Generate leads, follow up, and close same-day sales opportunities
Record customer information accurately and schedule appointments
Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Confident, coachable, and goal-oriented personality
Comfortable initiating conversations and approaching new people
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior sales experience is a plus—but not required
Reliable transportation is a must
