Are you an experienced Producer who lives and breathes game development? Join a premier, award‑winning Microsoft studio known for crafting legendary PC and console role‑playing games. We are looking for an enthusiastic Producer to join the team for our upcoming title. You will work alongside some of the industry's most passionate developers to schedules, manage resource allocations, and ensure the delivery of a high‑quality, polished gaming experience. Location: Tustin, California Job Type: Permanent Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year Work Hours: 9am to 5pm Education: Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities
Organize, coordinate, and track multiple development disciplines to ensure milestones are met. Collaborate with creative and technical leads to optimize development workflows and increase predictability. Create and maintain prioritized project schedules, ensuring tasking is clear across all teams. Proactively identify and remove development roadblocks and bottlenecks. Partner with Senior and Executive Producers to communicate project status and deliver a high‑rated game on budget. Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience working directly within internal game development teams (specifically narrative, VO and Localization). Strong proficiency with JIRA, Excel, MSProject, or equivalent project management tools. Experience working on large, AAA titles and within distributed or remote development environments. Deep understanding of various game production methodologies and their applications. Must be available to work onsite in Orange County, CA 2x a week. Plus: Experience with in‑game Cinematics processes and a history of shipped titles. Key Skills
