Site Superintendent SERVPRO® of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati
Join a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment where your project management, organization, and customer service skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction & Project Oversight
Manage the customer experience and ensure overall project satisfaction
Compile and resolve punch list items
Perform final walk‑throughs with customers
Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Satisfaction from customers
Manage all warranty activities
Project Initiation
Evaluate and sell projects
Educate customers on the construction process
Project Planning
Identify and document project scope of work
Create and review estimates
Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
Review budgets and project timelines
Ensure proper permits are acquired
Project Execution
Create project schedules and timelines
Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers
Negotiate terms and set expectations
Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements
Other duties as assigned
Customer Support & Communication
Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholders
Support a positive customer experience by providing timely updates and accurate information
Requirements Experience & Skill Set
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication skills
Intermediate math skills
Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
Education & Credentials
High school diploma or GED required
Project management experience preferred
Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
Ability to work on active construction sites, including lifting, bending, and navigating stairs or tight spaces as needed
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
