Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
Own the full customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to drive retention and growth
Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services that add value
Deliver results consistently in a fast-paced environment
Align vision, value, and scope at both strategic and tactical levels
Requirements
5+ years of experience selling technology or software solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Experience working within a CRM to track and document resultsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
