Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Isabela, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing their performance. Key tasks include overseeing digital marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, managing budgets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and identifying new market opportunities. The role may involve supervising a team and working with external vendors to ensure effective brand positioning and outreach.
Qualifications
Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
Strong skills in Marketing Analytics, Campaign Management, and Market Research
Proficiency in Team Leadership, Communication, and Project Coordination
Experience with Budget Management and Vendor Collaboration
Working knowledge of marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, or CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies
Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and ability to work onsite and remotely as needed
