Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is a hands‑on role that supports the execution of Sentrics’ marketing and sales programs. This person is responsible for coordinating campaign activity, managing requests, supporting events and conferences, and maintaining the systems that power our go‑to‑market engine, including HubSpot and Salesforce. The role works closely with marketing, sales, external partners, and our marketing agency to ensure programs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role reports directly to the Chief Product and Marketing Officer, offering direct exposure to how strategy, product, and go‑to‑market decisions are made and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate inbound marketing requests from sales, leadership, and partners
Partner with Sentrics’ marketing agency to execute campaigns, creative, and digital programs
Support execution of email, web, and sales enablement campaigns
Assist with trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events, including logistics, materials, and follow‑up
Maintain and update HubSpot, Salesforce, and related marketing systems
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to keep projects on track
Track campaign and event performance and help produce basic reporting
Organize and manage marketing assets, content, and documentation
Help manage timelines, priorities, and budgets tied to campaigns and programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related role
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working across multiple teams and deadlines
A practical, solutions‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
Technical Leadership:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness across systems
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methods to keep analytics capabilities advancing
Transform structured and unstructured data into insights that improve products and drive adoption
Process and Standards:
Create and maintain standards for analytics, ML, visualization, and communication
Build repeatable workflows and documentation
Promote a data‑driven culture across the organization
Success Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Works effectively both independently and in team environments
Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requires alternating between sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Includes prolonged desk work and computer use when not on‑site.
Travel Requirements:
Requires up to 15% travel with a flexible schedule (tradeshows, marketing events, etc)
Location:
Preferred location is in close proximity to the Sentrics Corporate office in Ormond Beach, FL.
