What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own the execution and optimization of B2B email programs that drive pipeline and revenue

Build and optimize prospect nurtures and sales enablement email programs aligned with sales priorities

Execute post-activation lifecycle nurtures to support product adoption and engagement

Manage campaign builds, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization across marketing platforms

Monitor performance and report on engagement, conversion, and revenue impact, providing insights and recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):

2-3+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments

Proven experience driving demand outcomes from email, including MQL, SQL, and revenue impact

Hands‑on expertise with disrupting and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)

Basic understanding of nurture strategy, attribution, and funnel performance

Detail-oriented with a test‑and‑learn mindset and comfortable partnering cross‑functionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Iterable and ActiveCampaign is a strong plus

Experience in developing segmentation, personalization, and suppression strategies using CRM data
