Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of innovative advertising technology solutions within the Connected TV (CTV) media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically within CTV. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance our advertising capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead end-to-end project management for advertising technology initiatives, from conceptualization through implementation and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Agile Methodology: Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile practices across teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and managing the product backlog. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and provide updates on project status and аркылуу senior management. Product Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and manage the product roadmap, release schedules, and go-to-market strategies. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track project performance, establish KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership sério leveraging project management tools to ensure transparency and accountability. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital advertising technology or media. Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus). Strong understanding of the CTV advertising ecosystem and familiarity with digital advertising platforms, ad servers, and programmatic solutions. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in ayaa project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization. Familiarity with data analytics, audience targeting, and ad performance measurement in the CTV or digital media space. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities and project demands.
