Associate Marketing Manager
to join our Creative Center in Parsippany, NJ, where creativity, strategy,ínea
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to Marketing and other functions by monitoring, synthesizing and disseminating market and consumer такимInformation in support of company objectives, projects and initiatives. Repurpose presentations, leveraging client work Track all new launches in a diverse assortment of categories, product and ingredient trends.
Track all seasonal and everyday fragrance trends, benefits, performs gap analysis by brand.
Create category reviews for internal and external teams
Organize, design and implement marketing presentations to customers related to new product concepts.
Work with Evaluators, R&D and Fragrance Applications to develop new product ideas.
Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.

Consistent with

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years in sales/marketing environment
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Computer skills, including PowerPoint and Photoshop (or comparable design program).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative ability.
Daily functions require a high level of accuracy and retro.

Pay Transparency Disclosure : The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
