Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join our commercial amusements and recreation teams. This hybrid role is based out of our office in Fairway, KS, with part‑time work‑from‑home flexibility. The Account Manager will handle day‑to‑day client communications, manage insurance accounts, process renewals, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, addressing client inquiries, collaborating with team members to develop insurance solutions, and ensuring accurate policy administration.
Qualifications
Strong perioada account management skills, including client relationship building, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service.
Familiarity with insurance products, coverage options, and policies across commercial, niche, or personal lines.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including policy management and client records maintenance.
Experience in risk management or claims handling is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
