Job Summary Region Sales Manager (RSM) will manage and generate sales in the East U.S. Communications market segment and strategic account management for Oldcastle National Solutions OSP & Premise Enclosure business. The position will meet and exceed profitable sales in line with corporate EBITDA initiatives.

Job Location This is a hybrid position based in Telford, PA.

Job Responsibilities

Generate profitable sales of P&C in the OSP & Premise communications market.

Implement sales and marketing plans for long‑term growth and achieve annual sales goals.

Manage and direct Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) and collaborate with Inside Sales Associates (ISA) to meet growth goals.

Ensure proper market coverage and hold ISR accountability to sales goals.

Manage customer relationships and lead strategic customer opportunity development and closing.

Communicate market segment changes and competitor analysis.

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

Align ISR and SAR messaging to maintain consistent customer communication.

Identify, develop, and manage profitable relationships with target accounts.

Understand communications market trends and communicate influences to upper management.

Review new contracts from a commercial perspective.

Deliver trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support.

Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.

Cross‑train and onboard employees with market overview and key account status.

Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.

Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.

Interact with clients and respond to product or service inquiries.

Drive spec influence at engineering firms and end users in the Comm Market—conduct sales presentations virtually and/or in person.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

5+ years of sales experience.

5+ years of outside sales and sales team management.

5+ years in the communication market.

Experience in a team environment.

Understanding of outside plant and premise product applications.

Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.

Sharp negotiation and networking skills.

Proven leadership successes.

Exceptional project management skills.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiasm for the company and growth potential.

Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Analytical skills to provide decisive solutions for internal and customer initiatives.

Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and quotas.

Proficient in MS Office and internal applications.

Proven record of sales growth.

Problem‑solving skills and forward thinking.

Experience collaborating with customer service, product management, and marketing.

Ability to travel (overnight) as required—approximately 50% of annual time.

Willingness to work outside normal business hours to achieve objectives and meet customer needs.

Normal office conditions plus occasional plant or construction site visits requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hat, steel‑toed boots, safety glasses). PPE is provided at plant sites.
