Your Responsibilities Efficiently guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a team-oriented call center using cutting-edge technology.
Act as a bridge between customers and vendors via phone and email, diligently monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery.
Become a product expert to truly understand customer needs, offering effective solutions and delivering exceptional service.
Review and fine-tune customer artwork for their custom orders, ensuring everything is production-ready.
Requirements for Success High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
