We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the design strategy for digital properties, leveraging human-centered design principles and an insights-driven approach.
This role focuses on creating meaningful and cohesive customer experiences across digital platforms and reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Platforms.
Working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and the Brand and Marketing team, the UX Designer will enhance digital acquisition and account management experiences, driving improvements in key customer journey metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product and technology teams to identify opportunities for continuous innovation across digital experiences.
Reframe strategic questions, generate design possibilities, and leverage research to establish customer value propositions.
Utilize prototyping and usability studies to validate customer desirability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop experience roadmaps for short-term and long-term goals.
Manage and provide direction for the Figma account supporting digital channels.
Drive alignment and buy-in across senior executives through effective storytelling and strong UX value propositions.
Ensure digital touchpoints align with UX and brand standards.
Create and maintain style guides for the portfolio of retail brands.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in visual or interaction design.
Solid understanding of user interaction design principles and front-end web technologies.
Strong knowledge of visual design for web and mobile platforms.
Ability to articulate design decisions and communicate design value to business stakeholders.
Advanced understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
Proven ability to manage and evolve design systems aligned with brand direction.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with Figma (7+ years preferred).
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with high-performing teams.
