POSITION OVERVIEW The
Sales Analyst I
role on the
Category Management team
will support the Kroger team providing in-depth reporting and analysis to drive category strategy and identify business opportunities. The successful candidate will require strong technical skills. The individual will be required to utilize internal and external data to track key performance metrics across our portfolio of products and deliver analysis and recommendation on those data points. This is an entry level position located in
Hunt Valley, MD
and requires the interest and ability to relocate as necessary in the future for other opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing standard reports on an on-going (weekly/monthly) basis
Develop and maintain business scorecards on key initiatives for the Division and Business Partners
Support the Customer Level Business Planning Process by providing data and insight on distribution, merchandising, and promoted activity
Technical expert on reporting systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments.
