Territory Account Manager, NE
Carbon Robotics is seeking a Territory Account Manager to promote and sell our Laser Weeder™ solution to growers in the Northeast. The role is quota‑carrying with earnings potential through salary, commissions, and stock嫖 options.
Base Pay Range $100,000/yr – $115,000/yr
Location & Travel Flexible in NE. Travel 70%.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with growers, dealers, and other key contacts within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demos and presentations of the Laser Weeder™ technology to potential customers.
Prepare ROI and TCO proposals to support sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast information in the company CRM.
Collaborate with the Sales Director and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of successful sales experience in agriculture with a proven track record of exceeding assigned sales targets.
Strong understanding of local territories with an excellent network of contacts in the grower and dealer community.
Familiar with current grower methods, particularly weed control for vegetables.
Financial acumen necessary to develop convincing ROI and TCO based proposals.
Self‑starter who can generate and sustain high levels of activity with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to project a professional image of Carbon Robotics.
Flexible with travel required.
