Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or a related position, along with a strong portfolio displaying web and mobile app design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies for user research. Experience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. Strong grasp of visual design concepts, such as typography, color theory, and layout. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first strategies. Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and adeptness at task prioritization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in designing for educational platforms or online learning environments is a plus. Your responsibilities are
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys. Perform user research and usability testing, gathering insights to enhance the user experience continuously. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs. Develop and maintain a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and user interactions. Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI to keep our platforms innovative. Construct user personas, journey maps, and other design materials to steer product decisions and feature development. Partner with product and content teams to translate business needs into sophisticated design solutions.
