This is an application-related Helpdesk position and not a computer hardware, software, or networking-related help desk position. Candidates will be trained on Microsoft custom-built applications & will have to provide helpdesk support for these applications. Candidates will have to work through the helpdesk tickets assigned to them towards resolution by understanding the issue and working towards a resolution. Preferred candidates are those who have exposure to help desk tools, documentation, escalation process & troubleshooting. This position will also involve minimal testing.
