on our Performance Management team: Property Manager (Performance Manager) Leasing Consultant This posting is open to candidates interested in either role. Property Manager (Performance Manager)
As a Property Manager at LINK, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of assigned apartment communities. This role focuses on leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead, manage, and hold accountable Performance Management, Sales, and Service teams Oversee property operations to meet and exceed budgeted financial and operational goals Develop and manage property operating budgets and strategic plans Review financial reports, payables, and operating metrics Oversee leasing, renewal strategies, rent collection, and resident relations Serve as hiring manager and support onboarding, training, and employee development Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety standards, and company policies Partner with Service Managers to execute preventative maintenance programs Coordinate renovations, capital improvements, and new management transitions Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Leasing Consultant
As a Leasing Consultant at LINK, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role focuses on sales, customer service, and supporting daily leasing operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and current residents Conduct tours and present apartment features and community amenities Support leasing campaigns, renewals, and occupancy goals Maintain accurate resident and leasing files Assist with resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service Support marketing efforts and traffic generation initiatives Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards About You
Property Manager Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred NOT required 3 to 5 years of multi-family property management experience required At least 1 year of team leadership experience Strong financial, organizational, and leadership skills Leasing Consultant Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, proactive, and customer focused mindset For Both Roles: Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism Knowledge of Fair Housing and residential property regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
