SolComms, a high‑energy PR agency for start‑ups and scale‑ups, sitting at the intersection of corporate and consumer, is hiring Account Coordinators across its Digital Health, HealthTech, Consumer, and CorpTech divisions.

Role & Responsibilities Administrative Tasks
Conduct daily and weekly audits, flagging coverage, and relevant news pertaining to your clients across all mediums
Daily management of PR trackers; drafting call agendas and recaps; leading real‑time and monthly reporting; scheduling meetings with clients, and more
Set up Google Alerts for all clients and relevant keywords
Media Relations
Participate in media relations activities, such as building thoughtful and targeted media lists
Build foundational media relations skills such as sourcing Qwoted/HARO for media opportunities, pitching, securing coverage, and developing relationships with editors
Draft media materials, including pitchesейтинг, briefing docs, etc., tapping senior team members as needed
Conduct in‑depth research and industry monitoring; track coverage, flag relevant news, and deliver actionable insights to inform client strategy
Events & Partnerships
Manage expenses and budget trackers
Order and retrieve event materials (branded assets, gift bag contents, etc.)
Sourcing event partners, vendors, and venues, and inquire about pricing and availability
Build and manage all event recapping
Monitor social for tags/coverage and capture for reporting purposes
Build out invite lists inclusive of media, influencers, tastemakers, etc., depending on industry носdependency
Be on‑site for event setup and, on occasion, assist with check‑in and staffing
Client Communications
Demonstrate professionalism in front of external partners and clients
Participate in client calls, brainstorms, and planning sessions
