What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for PureWick reimbursement customers
Communicate the features and benefits of the PureWick™ system to customers with empathy and professionalism
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems
Meet departmental targets for call volume and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards
Collaborate across the organization to support customers and maintain a positive work atmosphere
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED; 1‑2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access, and/or other database software
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce and Brightree
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Intermediate math skills for calculations related to customer needs
