Retail Sales Consultant – AT&T, Wylie, TX
Job Overview It’s time to take your sales career to the next level. Your goal is to meet sales targets and earn commissions while helping customers discover solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options, showcasing your passion for helping people.
Participate in community events, process online orders, and conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a flexible schedule between 9 a.m.– ngày 9 p.m., including weekends, with seniority-prioritized schedules released two weeks in advance.
Adopt a fast‑paced, adaptable mindset to stay current with evolving technology and evolving customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; if you lack sales experience, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you exceed goals.
Compensation Base pay ranges from $16.01 – $18.86 per hour, with $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $62,460 annually. Salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and training.
