Job Summary Senior Healthcare Direct, Medicare Bob's Office is growing; we are hiring highly motivated individuals who want to learn the Medicare insurance industry. We will not only pay for your Florida 2‑40 Insurance LicenseVielleicht we pay you while you are getting your license, and train you how to assist Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their coverage options. Our agents are appointed with all the top Medicare insurance carriers (AARP/UHC, Aetna/Coventry, Cigna, GPM, Humana, Mutual of Omaha and more). By offering all of the top carriers, our agents are better able to help clients choose the right Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Plan.
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed $20.00 per hour base pay; competitive bonus structure.
Health benefits and 401(k).
$15 per hour to obtain your health insurance license; $20 per hour plus bonus when you hit the phones.
Workspace available if needed.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Learn and apply selling techniques and business operation skills to achieve profitability and meet sales goals for the over‑65 insurance Medicare market.
Build trust by honoring your word.
Drive for excellence by continuously learning and encouraging others.
Implementation/Execution – organize and manage multiple priorities and projects using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Problem solve collaboratively, acting as a consultant regarding resources.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
Training & Resources Training is in Clearwater and Palm Harbor. Then, you work remotely (workspace is available if you need it).
