What the Structural Fitter/Welder Will Be Doing
Fit, align, and weld
structural steel components
Read and interpret
blueprints and fabrication drawings
Perform welding using
MIG and Flux Core
processes
Ensure finished welds meet
quality and specification standards
Maintain a
safe, clean, and organized
work area
Required Qualifications for the Structural Fitter/Welder
2–3 years of fitting and welding experience
required
Ability to
read and understand blueprints
Must be able to
pass a 1G MIG and 1G Flux Core weld test
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
