Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week.
Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a full time freelance (temporary) Assistant Account Executive. This position will run from
February through mid-June 2026.
This temporary position will assist with various Client Service duties in support of the Management Director.
Responsibilities
Monthly production coordination (TV, Digital)
Assist with various Sponsorship coordination duties
Attends weekly internal & partner status meetings (video conference)
Attends monthly client Board meetings (video conference)
Assists Management Director with various client deliverables
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1+ years of experience preferred
High degree of Professionalism
Must demonstrate a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written skills
Must assume a high level of enthusiasm and an interest in furthering a career in advertising
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Mobile ticketing apps

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
