Job Responsibilities
Write simple RFPs/proposals/orals/collateral with limited oversight
Partner with opportunity owners and solution architects to define approaches and key messages for proposals
Gather information by interviewing contributors and subject matter experts to develop aligned content
Lead management efforts for RFPs/proposals/orals/collateral to support multiple opportunities simultaneouslyServe as a mentor and training resource for associates and new team members
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience managing, writing, and coordinating proposals/orals/collateral
Bachelor-level degree is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous healthcare industry experience (commercial or federal)
Shipley Proposal Management or other formal proposal writing training
APMP certification
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite and Salesforce
Ability to track win/loss metrics on proposals and generate statistics for reporting
