SUMMARY This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and proven sales expertise and results, as well as the ability to effectively make presentations concerning commercial title and escrow services to an audience. Familiarity with TitleOne Corporation’s mission and value statements as well as its lines of business is a must.
DESCRIPTION
Call upon, develop, and deliver services to customers and prospective customers; follow and develop a calling program in conjunction with other company personnel and alone; maintain files and statistical information and analyze data for customer development; provide guidance to other company personnel related to business development.
Help establish marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services.
Execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure sales/profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. Strategies include customer retention and acquisition.
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
Establish seminars and educational programs for internal and external customers.
Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging/distribution to ensure timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Recommend changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
Conduct marketing surveys to evaluate consumer/customer attitudes toward services and products; develop techniques necessary to obtain, analyze, and report data.
Ensure that daily deliveries to customers and internal destinations are completed on time and without error.
MEASUREMENTS
Employee satisfaction, prospective customer goals that are set and obtained, customer satisfaction and retention, and attaining market share goals in targeted market segments while working within established marketing budgets.

The individual must be able to perform duties including (but not limited to) heavy computer use, lifting of packages up to 25 pounds, and traveling. TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
BS or BA in Business Administration preferred.
Marketing major or equivalent major or experience.
Five years professional marketing and/or business management experience.
Proven track record of leadership and people development.
Demonstrates a business and personal philosophy consistent with TitleOne’s core values and mission statement.
