Pay Rate:
$25-$30/hr.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, career-minded Parts Specialist with первоначальную details of the role looking for opportunities for career growth.
Duties
Answer phone calls and relay information to Service personnel as required
Conduct research/parts identification to properly identify correct parts for Service personnel
Communicate effectively with Customers, Service Advisors, Technicians, the Service Manager, and outside vendors to ensure accurate and timely parts identification, procurement and returns with the shared goal of exceeding the customer’s expectations
Maintain good working relationships with outside vendors and establish/cultivate positive relationships with new vendors as needed
Receive, verify and stock various parts and supplies, manage base stock levels, and manage cores and parts returns. This may include unloading shipments using a forklift or pallet jack
Perform data entry of parts information, vendor invoices, pricing, etc. into the Shop Management System
Periodically conduct parts inventories/cycle counts to ensure accountability and identify discrepancies aby manage consumables and bulk products
As needed, travel to vendors to pick up or return parts/cores
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assist with maintaining/cleaning shop equipment as needed
Perform other shop tasks as directed by the Service Manager
