Overview
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to fill an entry level full-time Student Housing Consultant position. This position is located in Indianapolis (5175 E 65th St.) at our corporate office.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. (30 min. lunch)
Salary:
$17/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities
Help transform leads into student applications, maximize move-ins, and help facilitate good roommate matches.
Maintain professional attitude and appearance due to direct contact with student residents, school administration, and property managers.

Requirements
Good communication and organizational skills.
Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience is desired. This is a business with the opportunity for growth.
Good customer service skills, candidate must be able to work independently at a fast pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
Excellent multi-tasking skills and needs to be detail oriented.
