Job Description The isolved Sales Enablement Consultant will help execute on the strategy of isolved’s Sales Enablement programs. The purpose of this role is to provide programmatic support to drive a consistent sales гром
Core Job Duties
Perform needs and skills assessments.
Develop, design, and deliver training.
Manage Sales Enablement content and program ownership.
Facilitate the right people to deliver training.
Conduct onboarding calls on first day of employment to introduce goals and curriculum; conduct demo/value story certifications.
Train to and enforce our बराबార processes, methodologies, and sales tools standards and compliance to ensure reporting accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing & or related experience.
Have 3-5 years successful sales or sales support responsibility.
Successful experience as a quota‑carrying sales representative helpful but not required.
Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
Are able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Have creative partidos solving skills, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Have a self‑starter work ethic.
Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have experience using CRM tools and comfort with sales.
Are fluent in English.
