What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience.
Sell powersports vehicles, accessories, and related products to meet dealership sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports products, features, and promotions.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget.
Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards.
What You Bring:
A passion for people, powersports, and closing the deal
Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone
Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
A customer‑first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends
Required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
