Sales Engineer
who wants to play an active role in that mission. This position blends engineering knowledge with full-cycle sales responsibility and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, supporting both new business development and long-term account growth. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and technical consultation through quoting, order placement, and post-delivery support Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for assigned customers and prospects Work closely with customers to understand application requirements and recommend appropriate mechanical solutions Partner with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop proposals, pricing, and technical documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and on-site support Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and communication from concept through delivery Conduct product and application training for customers and internal teams as needed Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies Provide customer and field feedback to help guide product improvements and new application opportunities What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience managing full-cycle sales in a manufacturing or industrial setting Solid understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities
