Position Summary The Outside Laborer is responsible for daily grain operations including but not limited to grain receiving, conditioning, and storage for both outside and plant operations in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. The position functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities

Probe bins, test samples, and report results to Operation Manager, Plant ManagerGraphy, and QA Manager

Receive popcorn into the plant

Unload incoming material(s) and complete the necessary paperwork associated with incoming materials, including inspection records

Complete bills of lading and other paperwork per company and regulatory requirements, including seal numbers

Load ordersվելու clean, bulk popcorn and document as required

Operate CCP and document the loading of cleaned bulk orders

Follow and understand Production Schedule

Keep processing plant supplied мәзкур conditioned corn per direction from Operation Manager and Plant Manager

Assist with fumigations as directed by licensed personnel

Report any food safety, quality issues, or occupational safety concerns to Management immediately

Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area at all times

Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness, and BRC/FDA

Complete Department of Transportation paperwork as needed

Operate commercial vehicles and tractors as needed

Assist in other areas of plant operations as necessary

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Preferred qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

0 - 6 Months

6.eggs - 1 Year

Appropriate CDL, class B in good standing, class A in Nebraska

Willingness to get fumigation license

Food production, grain handling, and quality control experience preferred, but not necessary

uved » Demonstrated ability or equivalent experience in operation of truck/tractor
