Job Summary: The Corporate Business Development Specialist (DS) is responsible for completing performance audits for company recognition programs. The Corporate Business Development Specialist requires a heightened skill set for problem solving, critical thinking, and determining risk.

Complete performance and activity audits for recognition programs company-wide

Review and complete extensive research on performance exceptions as requested by the business line

Maintain accuracy for all performance reporting and configuration editors

Comprehension of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application and its functions>

Ability to troubleshoot simple issues in the CRM application related to recording activity and audit guidelines for end users

Complete development documentation as new CRM enhancements are assigned

Test new CRM development for quality assurance purposes

Maintain all performance documents related to Recognition Programs and audits; Ensure review and edits occur on an annual basis

Maintain collaborative workspace for corporate and market BDS resources

EDUCATION

High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 years relevant work experience or analyst experience

Experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Relatable knowledge and experience of Information Technology principles and concepts preferred

Knowledge of banking principles and concepts preferred
