We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Organic Growth Lead to accelerate top-of-funnel acquisition and deepen our connection with the creator community. You’ll execute against organic growth priorities set by Growth leadership, translating them into SEO programs, content insights, and experiments that drive measurable acquisition and conversion impact.
You’ll work closely with Marketing as well as Product, Web Dev, and Analytics teams to expand our organic footprint, increase visibility, and improve conversion across key surfaces — all while helping to build authentic, meaningful relationships with the artists and creators who use our products.
This position is central to implementing levers to optimize how we show up across the organic landscape by:
Working with the GTM & creative teams to develop content that genuinely serves our users
Surfacing community signals and turning them into growth opportunities
Highlighting stories that reflect the diversity of our creator base
Crafting experiences that foster engagement and belonging

What You’ll Do SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy spanning technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives.
Conduct keyword research, competitive and SERP analysis, and identify ranking opportunities across high-intent and long-tail content.
Ensure site architecture, metadata, and content structure follow SEO best practices.
Collaborate with Web and Engineering teams to address technical SEO needs (indexation, speed, structured data, etc.).
Track and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
Organic Growth Experiments
Design and run rapid-cycle experiments across SEO, content, social, community, and emerging channels, in coordination with the Growth Experimentation Lead.
Identify new acquisition opportunities through user behavior insights, cultural trends, and creator ecosystem signals.
Partner with Product and Web teams to deploy tests and evaluate impact on traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Document insights and contribute to the development of repeatable playbooks for organic growth.
Content Development & Optimization
Support the content roadmap for organic growth, including landing pages, educational content, tutorials, and evergreen SEO-driven material.
Optimize existing content for improved rankings, engagement, and conversion.
Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Analytics team to define measurement plans, reporting needs, and experiment evaluation.
Translate insights into prioritized growth initiatives and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to share organic insights and inform broader strategy.
Who You Are
3+ years in SEO, growth marketing, content strategy, or organic acquisition.
Proven ability to drive meaningful organic traffic and measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO fundamentals.
Experience with GA4, GSC, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS tools.
Experimentation mindset — comfortable forming hypotheses, testing, analyzing, and iterating.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative, cross-functional working style.
Bonus: Experience in music tech, creator tools, or consumer SaaS ecosystems.
