await!**Job Description:**The NCS (Network Connectivity Solutions) Team is looking for a New College Graduate (NCG) to fill our Entry-Level Layout Engineering position where they work under the mentorship of a senior layout engineer to create physical layouts for integrated circuits (ICs) based on schematics. Responsibilities include using specialized software for floor-planning, placement, and routing, collaborating with design teams, and verifying layouts against design and manufacturing requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, foundational electrical engineering knowledge, and the ability to learn and grow with mentorship. * Block and cell development including floor-planning, layout creation and optimization* Perform custom layout design using analog layout techniques* Perform physical verification; LVS, DRC, Antenna, ESD checks* Work directly with Senior-level Layout Designers and Design Engineering* Operate effectively in a team environment while contributing to the team's overall success**Requirements/Qualifications:**Job requirements are as follows:* BS degree (EE or equivalent Engineering/Technology), 0-3 years professional experience* Experience with Cadence a plus, not required* Knowledge of Advanced CMOS process and Foundry Design rules* Familiarity of CMOS Physics and Analog Circuit Design* Strong problem-solving skills* Programming skills a plus, not required* High level of attention to detail* Excellent technical, verbal, and interpersonal skills**Travel Time:**0% - 25%**Physical Attributes:**Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others**Physical Requirements:**80% sitting, 10% standing, 10% walking, 100% inside**Pay Range:**We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
