Save Job

Location:

Los Angeles. While our team is centered in LA, we’re open to profiles across California, as long as you’re willing to relocate.

This is for you if… You want a front-row seat to building a category-defining EdTech company in the U.S. You love getting your hands dirty — launching, fixing, iterating, and scaling. You want to work close to leadership and real decisions, not buried in a function. You get excited turning strategy into momentum across Growth, GTM, and Operations. You want to help shape how hundreds of thousands of students experience math. You’re looking for a role where you’ll learn in 2–3 years what normally takes 10.

If that sounds like you — keep reading

About Innovamat Innovamat is redefining how math is taught and learned— and we’re just getting started.

We’re a leading global EdTech startup, with 300+ teammates across 10 countries, scaling fast and building from the ground up in the U.S. Our research-backed curriculum, intervention programs, and adaptive technology are already trusted by 27,000+ teachers in 2,600+ schools worldwide, and our momentum is accelerating.

Backed by world-class thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), Innovamat sits at the intersection of learning science, product, and execution. We move quickly, test boldly, and care deeply about impact. If you like environments where ideas turn into action — and action turns into results — you’ll feel at home here.

We believe math should be joyful, meaningful, and transformational — not rote memorization or worksheets. We partner closely with districts and teachers to reimagine what math classrooms can be.

About the Role This is a founding-team, high-impact GTM role.

You’ll be the U.S. counterpart to our Global Head of Growth Marketing, working side by side with U.S. Growth team to design and execute how Innovamat wins new districts, scales pilots, and turns traction into repeatable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Go-To-Market, and Operations— you’ll be building the growth engine behind them: the playbooks, launches, funnels, and GTM motions that power our expansion across the U.S.

Your mission: turn strategy into momentum and momentum into scale.

You’ll step into the highest-impact growth problems — from fixing funnel bottlenecks to launching new states — and make sure Innovamat’s U.S. growth machine runs faster, smarter, and more predictably.
