Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in shaping Precor’s pricing strategy across products, services, and education offerings. This role is responsible for leading complex pricing initiatives, driving analytical insights, and owning the strategic direction and governance of Precor’s pricing framework, and influencing decision-making. The Senior Pricing Analyst partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and IT to guide pricing strategy, optimize margin performance, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and channels. The Senior Pricing Analyst serves as the pricing subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership across global markets. Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy, Change Management & Execution Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of pricing reviews and price list changes across global product portfolios. Oversee pricing implementation across ERP and quoting systems, ensuring accuracy of product, freight, and installation data. Develop and maintain pricing tools and models that support scenario planning, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization. Manage distributor pricing, freight calculations, and partner-specific pricing files with a high degree of accuracy. Define and govern pricing policies, guardrails, and approval frameworks in partnership with senior leadership. Create and deliver pricing communication materials for internal teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals. Pricing Consultation & Cross-Functional Support Serve as the primary pricing expert, leading cross-functional decision-making on pricing structures, discounting frameworks, and deal strategy. Support global teams by coordinating regional price changes and ensuring alignment with international market needs. Partner with Product Management and Sales to ensure customer agreements and pricing programs meet strategic and financial objectives. Lead cross-functional enhancements to the quoting system, acting as a liaison between sales and IT. Advanced Pricing Analysis & Insights Analyze product and customer margin performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic pricing decisions. Evaluate cost changes, mix shifts, and competitive dynamics to recommend pricing adjustments that improve profitability. Maintain and enhance the historical pricing database, incorporating competitive intelligence and market benchmarks. Present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to support business planning and portfolio optimization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar strategic role. Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and margin analysis. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle and Salesforce, along with strong experience using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to translate complex information into strategic insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong business acumen and collaboration skills with the ability to operate effectively across all levels of the organization. Pay Range: $105,000 to $115,000 The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
